Question How to handle AC21 on my own

Hi,

I have my I-485 pending since Sep 07. My I-140 document was processed back in May 2008. I have my EAD and AP since 2007 and already renewed them once.

I have two questions:
1- The attorney of the company has handled all my cases (LC, I-140, I-485 etc.) so far, however going on forward, I need to take care of things myself. What should I do to make sure that when USCIS makes a decision on my application, the message or letter comes to me, instead of the attorney. A G-28 form (Notice of Appearance) was submitted with my application.

2- I moved from a "System Analyst" position in HR department to a "Financial Systems Manager" position in Finance department within the same company. I'm not supervising anyone and jobs are similar in nature (i.e. system maintenance). LC was given for "System Analyst" title. I'm trying to figure out if USCIS would consider the jobs "same or similar".

Thanks to anybody who can help me on these questions.
