Changing Jobs
Hello
Here's my situation. Would really appreciate your comments: Category - EB2 India, Priority Date - July 2006 I 140 approved, August 2007 Filed H1B Extension this month. Spouse working on EAD I am looking to change into a completely different job role, with significant increase in salary. Question: 1) Can I file a new EB2 and still maintain the old priority date? 2) Can wife maintain her job in old EAD, till it is valid? 3) What are the biggest hurdles? Thank you in anticipation.
