I-485 Unique form related question

In I485 form of page no.3 there is a question "Have you received public assistance in the United States from any source, including the U.S.Government or any State,
county, city, or municipality (other than emergency medical treatment), or are you likely to receive public assistance in the
future?"

Now, my daughter have California state health insurance(Healthy families).

What should I wtite "Yes" or "No" ?

Please , only experienced people need to answer this question. Other people don't say "its clearly written" This is technical question and only who has passed in such circumtances need to reply.

Rajiv, please help.

Thank you very much in advance.

Thanks

As you have mentioned, this is a public forum. I suggest your contact a reputable attorney for advice instead of posting a question on the public forum. I mean do not just depend on the answers provided here.

The correct answer should be "No". Although the Healthy Families program is government subsidized, that is no different to, for example, a subsidized bus service. What the question is trying to ask is if you've ever been a charge on the tax payer.
