Statement of eligibility for wanting a J-1 waiver
I saw this forum and i have a question about applying for a J-1 waiver,i am a Nigerian living in Amsterdam,Netherlands,and i went to The US as a short term research scholar in Vanderbilt University, i want to start the J-1 waiver process and i have been looking for someone who is in a similar situation and i would like to know if you have an idea of how to write a statement which shows that i am eligible for a J-1 waiver,and of course i will be applying on a No-Objection Statement(NOS).
Please i would appreciate your advice.
