Ques on Fingerprint & Medical validity
Hello ...
I have filed I-140/I-485 concurently on 8 Aug 2007. Medical was done June 2007. Received first EAD on 23 Oct 2007 for a year. Renewed in 2008 and now my current EAD expires Oct 2009. Fingerprint was given on November 2007. Recently received query on I-140 petition and reply received 12 Jan 2009. My questions: 1. What is the validity for Medical Result & Fingerprint? 2. What is the meaning on Code 3 & Code 2 showed in Biometric Appointment Notice? 3. Any prediction on what to expect nexxt ? Thanks.
