I-485 EB3 adjustment with new EB2
Hello,
My I-485 was filed on EB3 and the priority date was Jan’04 and got my EAD in Sep 2007, my employer also filed another application in EB2 to expedite GC process in March 2007 and that one was approved (labor & I140) in Oct 2007. Will USICS adjust my EB2 with old I-485 (one approved in EB3)? Thanks, SK

You need to do interfiling of 485 with new 140. USCIS will not do that automatically.
