help needed

hi all
my 485 was approved on april 23rd 2008 and i received my welcome notice
three days later.
card ordered same day and they stop the process on the 26th of same month
and called and they sent an inquire to TSC and tsc sent me i797 asking to wait for 60days(everytime when i call i receive to wait for 60 days,4 times)
i went to local office to get my passport stamped their response was:
we can not give anything b 4 we get your file to see whet's going on
the officer said it will take three weeks i asked'm:were is that file he said"your file is in storage in missouri.
card re-ordered on aug14th and the process stop next day
i called texas sc and thay said that they don't know anything why they stop your card and they sent a msg to production center and they said same msg ;it will take up to 60 days
on january 5th i sent an ambudsman form 7001 tos dhs in wa dc and i am still waiting
please help me out if had this kind of case b 4
