How long is the processing time?
Priority Date: 10 May 2006.
LC approved I-140 approved 485 application submitted to Nebraska Center: 9 May 2008 Category: EB2 Finger printing done My 485 application is subitted based on Cross Chargeability. I was born in India but my spouse was born in UAE. Nebraska's processing date for employement based 485 still shows 5 July 2007. When its going to move forward? when do i expect my GC
