Do I need to get the green card to travel abroad?

Hi Everybody, I would apprieciate if anybody has knowladge of this can help answer my question.

I will have the interview on Jan.13rd. Without knowing the result of the interview, or getting the green card, can I travel abroad at Jan.23rd? I need to know now as I need to purchase an air ticket now. Thanks,

Finger Print Appointment Received--June 1.(day 10)
Finger Print Done--June 17(day 27)
Received Request Initicial Evidence--June 27(day37)
AP Approved--July 22 (60 days)
EAD Ordered--July 25 (63 days)
AP and EAD received--July 31 (69 days)
Interview letter received, scheduled on Jan.13rd--Nov.24 (185 days)


The case is now in National Benefit Centre

If you have advanced parole you will be fine. However, if you were illegal or an overstay don't leave the country, wait till you get your GC.

my date on I-94 is May23rd, the notice date on my application is May22nd, does this mean it is ok? Thanks,

That's fine. If you are approved at the interview, please mention that you will be traveling and ask for an I-551 stamp.
