Applying for parents. Need Help!
Hi Guys,
I became USC recently and are applying I-130 for my Parents. The orignal birth certificate issued to me from my native country contained only my father,s name. I recently requested and received a revised birth certificate showing both parent names . Please advice should I submit the new birth certificate with I-130 or the orignal birth certificate (Contained in my A-file) or both? Thanks |
