good time to call or take appointment?

filed non-currcurrent
140 was approved on 04 Sep 2008
485 was filled 22 Oct 2008
finger prints was done on 25 Nov 2008

three soft LUD on my case after fingerprints and nothing after that.

Should I also try to call or take infopass appointment?

or ask my lawyer to use the TSC streamline email

my personal take is that it is too early. current 485 processing date is june 2007.

but this is old date, the new processing time is not posted yet.

What do you think that how long should I wait before calling them? how many days?

true, although it probably won't move over a year when they post the new one (I wish though). It has been moving just a few days recently. You can ask for SR once the processing date moves over your receipt date.
