J1-waiver, I am in India now
Hi,
I went to US for internship for 2 months on J1. Now I cannot apply for the waiver by the regular method, because it requires me to send my passport to Indian Consolate in US, which is illegal as I am in India. I went many times to State Govt, HRD and passport office. All of them say they wont accept forms without attestation from Indian Consolate. If anyone got a waiver to 2 yr HRR applying from India, please please do let me know.
