Working on H1 and using future GC Advance parole
Folks
Here is a situation am working on H1 for company A and i have future GC with company B. my H1-B visa expired and i am tired of visiting consulate offices every yr. however i have company B's advance parole. can i use AP from company B to travel ? what are the implicattions ? Pls advise i am already out of country Thanks utie

No, you cannot use advance parole, unless you are planning on using EAD. Remember at port of entry they need to specify what status you are in. You can travel now in AP, but you will be swtiched to switch H1-B EAD status.
