What is incomplete information letter?
I am trying to figure out what is holding back my waiver application for the two-year foreign residence requirement. My application is a long story. I applied for a waiver to the DOS in April-2007. However, when I log on to the Department of State’s website it shows that "incomplete information letter" sent out in November 12, 2008. I would appreciate if anyone tells me what is this letter ? Am I suppose to receive this or my embassy is goingto receive this?
