Finally some good news. My thanks to all the folks on this forum especially the the heavy hitters in the "I-140 Salary RFE's".

11/20/2008 got the following email
Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS
Current Status: Card production ordered.

11/24/2008
Application Type: I485 , APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS
Current Status: Approval notice sent.

11/26/2008
Got the approval/welcome notice in the mail I-797C

So what now and what do i do after i get the GC ...in regards to passport stamping etc

I had hard lud 11/26/08 - card production ordered email and status.

3 more soft luds with no status change - 11/28, 12/1, 12/3

Received Welcome Notice in Mail - 12/1 - I797


Trying to figure out timeline for the card in mail.

kalibp,

if you dont mind can you tell us what category is listed on your card and approval notice. also, if your spouse applied as dependent to you, what category is listed on their card/ approval notice. my spouse and i recently got our cards and approval notices and they list category E37 for both of us which i think is incorrect. just wanted to check if others have had the same experience.
