After the waiver granted!

Hi,

I searched the forum to answer my question, but could not find a clear answer. my question is: If the waiver of 2 yr HRR is granted, what are the options to adjust the status? does it depend on the type of waiver?(no objection, persecution, hardship, iga etc.) Can you apply for permanent residency after No objection waiver? How about Persecution, Hardship waivers? What is the next step after getting final waiver from USCIS? I appreciate your resonse. thanks
