I received online email from CRIS on my pending I-485 Application.

Worried what it can be. Please advice.

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Document mailed to applicant.

On November 13, 2008 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.


EB3 and priority date is dec 03.

Format shows as Approval notice.Good news.But PD is eb3 dec 03...what is the country?

Fingerprinting was done in May 2007.

Also country is India. I don't think it is an approval notice because they normally say welcome notice, card production ordered, approved message.

It must be the FP notice because ur current FP is expired after 15 months.

Does Finger printing for EAD application counts towards finger printing for 485 too? I got my first finger printing done in June 2007 for my 485 application. I got my finger printing done again for my EAD renewal application in May 08.

Will I get a new finger printing notice becasue my 485 finger prints (from June 2007) will hit 15 months marks soon?
