Waiver - spouse on TN
I am about to apply for waiver. My employer (hospital) will be sponosring H1B and subsequently Green Card. My understanding is that my husband can automatically get H4 visa through this process. However H4 is impractical for him (H4 is not working visa) and he is reluctant to enter the process. Is there a way for him to stay on his TN visa for the period of waiver, and still be able to apply for green card once I apply (e.g. after 3-4 years)?
