EB-3 India still current in Nov 2008 report here
Hoping there would be some approvals this month....please post any LUD progress.

Well this thread was started hopefully for ppl to post all LUDs and case processing to understand if EB-3 india is being touched or not.
trackitt does not show any progress. Atleast ppl are not posting LUDs actively. Maybe I thought ppl can do so here. letsgetgc based on your RD you are not current ( Aug processing time ). Is that right? Did you find out by any other means that texas is processing Aug 07 RD cases? Just trying to understand if you ur case has been touched at all?
