Change from EAD to H1B
To all the gurus If an body has information on chnaging from ead to H1B please Share it here.
I have searched for information on this in the internet and found some but nothing is concrete and like all other rules it's also confusing. My question is I transferred my H1b to different employer using ac21 and on 8th yr h1b extension and it is valid till DEC 2010 . I have EAD also but never used it and maintained my H1 status. Now can I use my EAD to work for a year, which means changing status to 'Pending AOS' and forfeiting the H1B and switch back to H1B before DEC 2010? is it possible to do this? if so can anybody let me know the procedure and what kind of documents needed to do this. Thanks Kalatta |
