Can i travel on EAD - AP Outside US with H4 Problem ?
Hi,
 I have been exploring different ways to go to India and come back as I have a valid H1, but my wife's H4 has been expired and its been couple of years and contacted the lawyer but he says wait and see what happens to my I-485. We are so much desperate to travel to India which we never did due to H4 status and now that we have EADs... The questions is : Can i travel with my Wife outside of US with out EAD and APs. She has got the EAD renewed 2nd time. I am thinking of applying AP to visit India and come back. Will that be any problem ? Do they check for the Status on Port of Entry in US ? Please reply.

Can anyone reply to my question ? We are very desperate to visit India, which we never did once we came to US 7 Yrs ago.
