AC21 & salary

I started with company with low salary and my labor was 55K. Now I get 75K from them.

1. If I stick on to this company for a year, I may get 80K. Is this too much of a percentage increase from original salary?

2. If I use AC21 to move to another company, I can get 90K. Is this too much of a percentage increase from original salary that will affect my 485.

Thanks
