Please help..

Gurus,

I recently changed my employment from my GC sponsor company to another company. I have not invoked AC21 yet.

I applied and got AP when I was with my GC sponsor company. My question, if I have to go to India and while coming back, and use AP, will there be any issues, since i currently work with new employer?

Please help..

Should not be any issues. If any questions arise, tell then that you can change job and preserve pending AOS according to 8 USC 1154(j).

Nobody can predict USCIS. My educated guess is 2-3 months. Note that if you have an urgent need, AP can be expedited.
