Question on form I-130
I'm sponsoring my parents' green card application, but have one question regarding the form I-130.
On item 22, Complete the information below if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status. Your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in: Should I write the Chicago Lockbox or the local USCIS Office say: San Jose, CA? Please advice.

I-130 Question
i am going to file I-130 for my wife. Do I need to submit a copy of both Naturalization Certificate and Passport or just Naturalization certificate is enough? I haven't applied for the passport, so want to know whether I can go ahead and file I-130 with Naturalization certificate only.
