How to get EAD via court if wait is 90+ days
This method should be used as the last resort or when there is an urgent need to get EAD. Try other methods first.
Lawsuit steps are described here: http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/FBI_nam...#Lawsuit_steps EAD suit involves motion for preliminary injunction due to urgent nature of EAD. Attached are the templates for complaint, motion and affidavit. Motion is for 7th circuit (IL, IN, WI), some work may be needed to use it in different areas.
