Advice Needed
I recently applied for the I751 to remove conditions. My current greencard expired on 7 September 2008. I recently started a new job and my employer wants to see my greencard. My question is, technically am I in status since I applied to remove the conditions? Secondly, the only proof I have for removal is my biometrics appointment, what else can I show my employer to prove my legal residency since she specifically asked to see my greencard?
Thanks

Infopass apptt
See if you could schedule an infopass appointment for yourself. Try to get a I-551 stamp from the USCIS office and if you can get something in writing from them saying that you're are legally authorozed to work in US. I am sure the employer would accept something official from USCIS in writing without any problems.

Where is your I-751 receipt? that letter extends your status for 1 year.
