I-485 Processing Dates For California Center

Hi there,

Can any one help me figuring out what is the current I-485 processing date for the California center with EB3 category?

I was trying to figure out form long time but every one tells new story, seems like Govt. website reflecting confusing dates.

My I-140 has been approved and my employer keep saying dates not current - so thought may be some one can help me out to understand this riddle.
