Urgent Requirement

Hi Gurus,
Can i get some references for Invoking AC21 using H1B. I do see people are discussing only with EAD. Pls send your suggestions.

----------------if you are on H1 or join new employer with H1 transfer still you can invoke AC21. H1 status is better then use of EAD.

Join the new employer with H1 transfer and then invoke AC21. When you make request to USCIS to make AC21 request then you need to send Permanent job offer letter from the employer.
Don’t mix H1 with AC21; one can invoke AC21 if working on H1 or EAD
