Changing a job while EAD is pending?
Hi,
I have filed my EAD two weeks back in Nebraska and it is expiring on Jan 11, 2009. Nebraska is processing May 1 2008 right now so most likely 4 months to get approve. At the same time, I am getting good offer from another employer. And, I would like to grab that -- so real question to all you ( great community ) are a) Is it OKAY to change job while EAD is pending?  b) Is it possible to file H1-B through new company?. I am working on EAD and H1B's 6 years over two years back so no H1b at this moment at all. Please advise. Thanking you in advance,
