NIW-140 approved; EB1A-140/485 denied.EB1A-140/485 denied. EB1A-485-based EAD?

EB2/NIW-140 approved; EB1A-140/485 denied. Is the dependent's EB1A-485-based EAD still effective?

The dependent also has EB2/NIW-485 and the same A# as it of EB1A485.

Thanks,

Thanks,
No, that EAD is not valid and if the dependent work with it one day after receiving denial notice, this will be violation. The dependent should apply for another EAD based on the EB2/NIW-485 pending even with the same A# which suppose to be the same any how. It is the responsibility of the person, not the employer, to do that because there is no way for the employer to know that and any adverse outcomes will come on the applicant
