RFE and Retrogression
Hi,
I received an RFE from the Nebraska center last month which I responded to. But now the priority dates are retrogressed to 2003 (EB2, India). What happens now? My priority date is July 2004. Anybody with similar experience?

I had the exact same experience. I have responsed to an RFE which was completely stupid... They wanted another copy of my birth certificate (which was already submitted) and they sent the medical form back stating that it wasnt signed. When the doctor opened the envelope, we discovered that everything was signed as required. We ended up redoing the entire medical exams.
Totally frustrated with this system.
