AOS Pending, AP applied a week back, Travel to Mexico on Business under AVR
My AOS is pending as a derivative application to my wifes primary I-485 application. The following is my situtation
- Entered US in 2003 under B1 - Changed Status to H1B - Current H1B and I-94 expires October 2009 - AOS applied AUGUST 2007 -AP applied - SEP-2008 I have to travel to Mexico couple of time on business, maximun number of days not exceeding 10 days every trip. I am thinking of using AVR and my options are to enter through EWR or IAH. Can members share their knowledge, experience and suggestions? Thanks & Regards 7Seasgcseeker
