regd EAD efiling

Hello,

I filed my I-485 on July 2nd 2007 and recd by USCIS on July 2nd 2007. I got the I-485 receipt and it had Aug 24th 2007 as the received date.I-485 is pending right now.

My EAD has already expired on Aug 30 2008. I want to efile my EAD for me and my wife.

I checked the USCIS web site for efiling it says "Filings made Pursuant to Visa Bulletin No. 107: As previously announced, all forms I-765 and I-131 applications based on employment-based adjustment of status applications filed pursuant to Visa Bulletin No. 107 that are submitted on or before August 17, 2007 must be filed under the fee structure in place prior to July 30, 2007. On or after July 30, 2007, those applications may not be electronically filed and must be submitted to a Service Center via regular mail or courier service."

My question is:


1. According to USCIS note above, it says "submitted" what is that mean. Are they saying that the date you filed your I-485 (i.e. july 2nd 2007 ) or my I-485 receipt date i.e. Aug 24th 2007?. Which date are they talking about. I am confused.

2. Am I eligible for efile?.What is the fees for efiling or paperwork?.

3. How can I file for Advance Parole?.What is the procedure?.
