Typo error in the EAD for the 2nd time--Any advice? Help...

Here is my situation-
Received the EAD on July 29 with mispelled last name.

Reapplied(with application fee as my expiration date was getting closer-didn't want to take chance) with a detailed covering letter as well enclosed proof that it was USCIS error-on Aug 6th and received Receipt notice with the same typo error in the last name.
Phoned them backed on Aug 15th, requested to correct the error and they also did the expedited process.

Yesterday received the EAD with the same error in the last name. Received another letter from the USCIS saying they have made the error correction.

Called the USCIS today. Usual response that send it back.

Any advise/path that I can take so the USCIS will not make the same error again.

I really appreciate an fast response

did you check the form I-485 that was sent to USCIS? get the copy from your lawyer and it may have your name incorrect. if your I-485 reciept has your name correct then I think your name is correct on I-485 form but nothing wrong to check the copy of I-485 form again.

I did not recieve a recipt for I-485.
But the finger print notice and first EAD were spelled correctly.

I cannot use it for work. My HR dept only picked up the error. They are trying to get an error acknowledgement from USCIS,so I can work. They said they will take care of it. I need to give them the EAD.

Is there any other possible solution to this mess as they are repeating the error even after pointing out, request correction by phone, sending a detailed cover letter and their acknowledge ment letter that error is being taken care of.
