EB3 ROW pending report here
Hi Guys,
Just wnated to get an idea about how many EB3 ROW are pending 485 approvals. Hopefully this October things will speed up for us. EB3 ROW Concurrent filing (Cross-chargeability to UK) LC Priority: May 2004 I-140/485/EAD/AP RD: (self & spouse) 29 Jun 2005 ; ND: 11 Jul 2005 I-140 AD: 29 Aug 2005 I-485: (self & spouse) LUD1 - Cases transferred to TSC. LUD2 - 02/03/2008 FBI Namecheck: Requested in July 2005. Wife cleared in August 2005. Mine cleared in April 2008 after sending letters to FBI, First Lady, Senator! I-485 AD: ???? (3 EAD's consumed so far!)

I-485, I-765 and 131 Sent to TSC August 7TH,2007 I-140 AD 08/12/07 PD 02/05/04 All RD 8/8/07 All ND 10/01/07 Finger Print Notice Date 10/09/07 Finger Printing on 11/06/07 EAD 10/2007 Anybody guessing on my situation? Current date employment visa on state Web , 2005
