My 130 has been approved can i file an i485
In the eligibility part it says if a son or daughter of a citizen with an approved I130 has been approved can file. My question is I am and have been in the us illegally since the age of 2. How will this work? It is very confusing. I am now 22 and trying to get this all done myself.
