EAD expiring on OCT 1-Needs Help!!!!!!!!
Applied for EAD renewal before the 120 days mark of expiry. Received EAD with Typo error in name.So had to apply again (provided all documents showing it is USCIS error, didn't want to take chance, so included the application fee as well)when there was 56 days for EAd to expire.
The new receipt had typo error in name again . So called USCIS, requested for name correction,they granted an expedited request on Aug 20. Called USCIS on Sept12, they said," they will let me know in 5 working days what is happening with my applilication." Still waiting for EAD and update. My EAD expires on OCt 1 st. What else to do???
