EAD lost in mail or undelivered
My wife's renewal EAD was approved at TSC on Aug 25, 2008. We still haven't received the EAD in the mail. Can we do both of the following simultaneously?
1. Call Customer Service and submit an inquiry. 45 day response time max. 2. Apply for a replacement, saying that the EAD was undelivered, with new fees and supporting documents. Will there be any issues doing both simultaneously? I don't want to wait for 45 days, and then perform Step 2, which could take another 90 days. Current EAD is expiring end of month. Please advise. Thank you. |
