Difference between District and Field Offices? What to put on I-130?
Hi everyone:
Almost ready to send in AOS paperwork. One question: On I-130 #22: Your relative is in the United States and will apply for AOS to that of a LPR at the USCIS office in: (City) (State) 1) There is a "field office" where we will be residing: Fresno, CA 2) Do we put Fresno, CA for this question or the appropriate District Office? 3) What is the difference between a District Office and a Field Office? Thank you all!
