husband forgot to sign his naturalization certificate
On naturalization certificate, he's supposed to sign it.
Our lawyer didn't notice it. Husband didn't know it. I noticed it, but forgot to tell my hubby before we mailed it. (anyway, we fired our lawyer and we ended up doing everything ourselves so...) we mailed everything out Friday sept/5 and tried to retrieve it but failed. A week later Friday sept/12, our checks were cashed So just wondering if they are gonna send everything back to us. If they cash the checks, does it mean that everything is going through??? ps. we mailed I-130, I-485 and everything related to these two.

I think you will make it and your husband's missing signature on the natz certificate wouldn't be considered a big deal.
