Faster: petition parents with minor sister or parents who "bring along" minor sister?
My US citizen wife wants to get her parents and minor (soon to be 21) sister from the Philippines. She heard there's some way to petition her parents, and have them bring along her sister. She heard it's faster than just petitioning them all at once herself. Please advise. TIA!

There is no way that I am aware of. There is no derivative beneficiary status for Immediate Relatives.

OK, well would her minor sister come with the parents if we fill out a 130 on each?

The sister falls under FB4, and there is not an immediately available immigrant visa for her.
