Do we have to pay for I-864, Affidavit of Support
Hello everyone:
Just visited USCIS website. AOS of spouse through marriage to USC. We will be including the Affidavit of Support (I-864) with form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Both spouses are in the US. Do we have to include additional fees other than the filing fees for I-130 and I-485? This is what the USCIS website said: Although USCIS does not charge a fee for this form, the Department of State does charge a fee of $70 when the Affidavit of Support is reviewed domestically. This does not apply when the Affidavit of Support is filed abroad. Please advise.
