I-130 approved for CP, but want to file I-485 since parents are in US
I have filed GC application for my parents and mentioned in the I-130 application that they would be changing their status in US Consulate, Chennai. The I-130 petitions is approved, but my paretns are in US now and I would like them to change their status here by filing I-485 instead of going through consular process. Please give some advice if its possible and let me know the procedure.
