Need some direction!!
 O.k. I need some help here, I have a case where my mom is now US citizen and I'm in the US in H2B status. How would I go about adjusting my status to perm. resident? And how long would it take before I could apply for AP to travel? I was originally filed for some years ago then I turned 21 before the filing was complete and now I have to wait, does this help in reducing the waiting period to adjust status now that I'm in the US?
