EB3 India PD March 2003,, How much long
My PD date is March 2003
I have work permit for my wife & children for 2 years, renewed work permit for second time. Please tell me how much long for to wait for green card. Apply for I-485 already, applied over one year ago I485 Recipt Date Sept 9 2007 Notice Date oct 3 2007 Ty Last edited by ranone101; 12th September 2008 at 05:37 PM.

Boss I have July 01 PD my PD is not current in October since visa bulletin is 07/01/01....anyway if I ever get approved you can start counting your days...
Unless they move retrogression date to 2004 & all of a sudden you get approved while I am still pending. That is also possible. Imagine you are in Hurricane Ike, Which side will the wind blow? It is scary ...

As I noticed that for past two years EB3 is struck in untangled mess of cases for years 1998-2001 , I think once all PD's till 12/2002 are out of this mess , EB3 can expect some sanity and hope.
