Urgent help simple question
My girlfriend is here from Poland on a J1 visa. She also has a DS-2019. Her visa states that she is NOT subject to the two year requirement,
HOWEVER her DS-2019 has the "preliminary" endorsement checked as she IS subject to. My question is which one is correct. We have applied for an advice opinion, but I wanted to see if anyone knows the answer to this question. Thanks!
