Re-applying for REP.... Any time Limit????
Hi,

Could any one please let me know How much in advance can I apply for my 2nd REP before the 1st one is due to expire?

Or I cannot apply until the first one has expired??

no time limit for that and depend on how urgent you need the new one.

how long it takes to get reentry permit? Are 20 days enough (from initial apply to bio appointment)?

It differ from case to case, some cases take 20 days others stuck for months or yeras, no rule.

guys...does anyone has answer..... can I apply for 2nd REP say 6 months before the 1st REP expires.... is there a time limit ..say 3 months or 6 months before the expiration of existing REP that you cannot apply for the 2nd one.....or is it that you can apply for 2nd REP only after the 1st one has expired.... that is my question

You can apply any time before or after expiration even after one day from approval of the current one.
