time out of US on AP

Hi everyone, I just have a quick question: Is there a limit on how long you can be out of the US with advance parole while adjustment of status is pending? Thanks.

No specific time, but AP is for emergent, temporary travel, what emergent for you may be different for what emergent to others. In any situation, you can not get AP and you stay almost the whole year overseas for example to study unless you study something emergent.

What if you travel back and forth for your company while on AP? That's my situation now. Should there be any problem?

AP is usually valid for 1 year. If you have a multi-entry AP you can travel as many times as you want. Every time you enter the US it's always uncertain what is going to happen, i.e. nothing is guaranteed and everything depends on many factors including a human factor as well.
