Would there be any LUD on pending 485?

Yes, within day or two you will see a LUD on your 485. Is this your first time or second. We just gave our Fp's and got LUD within a day and again another LUD within 2 days.

When did expire your FP, I had my FP last time on NOV 06, so my FP expired long back but I didn't receive anything so far, my PD is current. My question is did you do anything to get FP notice. Please let me know.

I had contacted the congressman's office and they had followed up in my case.

This is my 3rd FP, today was code 1.

Thanks for your information, I have also contacted Congressman's office and got informations that " we have requested that your I-485s be sent to processing due to the fact your name checks have been completed and your fingerprints were completed on 2/28/08 and a visa is currently available to you in the EB2 visa category. They said you should expect to receive a response from them within 120 days."

My question is that I didn't give any finger prints in 2008 so how could they get information my FP completed on 2/28/08.

I would appreciate if you could please give any suggestion regarding this issue.

You may want to tell your sanator's office for this mistake of USCIS and request them to follow up on this again.

Any FP is valid for 15 months as they say
My last FP expired in first week of August and I got the new appointment letter to redo it.

Completed the FP yesterday and today I see an LUD on my 485.
No message change.
