H1B Cancelled. AC21 possiblility?

EB3/concurrent/TSC/India/I-140 July'07 filer/I-485 180+ days old/EAD available.

I need your help deadly. My employer sent a letter to USCIS for cancelling my H1B and GC process.

Well, employer has not paid me for last 4 months. Employer was asking for money from back door to continue GC process and visa.

What options do I have?
Any good lawer suggested?
Can I get money for last 4 months for my pay?
Should I contact USCIS for my unpaid time?
How to contiue my H1B with any other company, with what required documents?
I have EAD, should I go for AC21 (No I-140 approved yet)?

Any suggestion/tip will be helpful.

------------------File complaint with DOL and DOL will recover your past wages and employer may be fined (keep the copy of DOL complaint)

----------------I see risk as your I-140 is not approved and employer can revoke I-140 any time.
